I’m sitting here trying to come up with words for this piece of video that I’m about to share. Some people felt it was their duty to stand outside the Ed Sullivan Theater and protest David Letterman and his bad Sarah Palin jokes. Never mind that he’s apologized and Palin accepted. Per Huffington Post:
Tuesday afternoon's "Fire David Letterman" rally proved to be a failure, as it drew more press than activists, CNN reports:A crowd of 15 protesters upset with the late night comic held signs and occasionally shouted as they stood across the street from Letterman's studio.
But they were often hidden from view by the more than 35 members of the media there to cover the protest, and out-shouted by a few very vocal counter-protesters.
These people are apparently incapable of letting go. A failure? Absolutely. Especially for Sarah Palin. This clip, along with clips of other like minded individuals from last year’s election as well as her own collection of embarrassing interviews, will be played again and again until she crawls back into her crypt, never to be seen in daylight again.
Watch in awe and don’t say I didn’t warn you:
